I was brought on board as the Head of Design for The Serai Resorts on a freelance retainer contract, a role I held for two years (Aug 2022 - Aug 2024). During this time, I was responsible for overseeing, creating and executing all aspects of web, print, and communication design across their portfolio of luxury properties. From crafting the visual identity and digital presence to designing marketing collaterals and guest-facing materials, I worked closely with their leadership and marketing teams to ensure a cohesive and elevated brand experience at every touchpoint.
I was given the creative freedom to shape and define a distinct visual language for The Serai Resorts brand. This trust allowed me to seamlessly incorporate my own illustration style into a wide range of design assets—from digital interfaces and brochures to in-room materials, menus, brand campaigns and more. Blending elegance with a touch of whimsy, I developed a cohesive aesthetic that reflected the serene, nature-immersed spirit of each property, while giving the brand a unique and memorable visual identity.
